We are seeking a customer-focused individual to fill the role of Counter Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Assistance
- Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers regarding spare parts inquiries.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner at all times.
- Sales and Upselling
- Promote and sell additional services such as parts and accessories from our yard.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Payment Processing and Administration
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer receipts and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
- Physical Demands
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cognitive Abilities
- Strong communication skills in clear English.
- Teamwork and Adaptability
- Able to coordinate deliveries or order pickups as required.
- Monday to Friday, no weekend work.
- Closed proximity to public transport.
