About Us

We're currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Trade Counter team in Brisbane.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and information about products to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople.

You will also be involved in undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, helping keep the branch tidy and safe, and making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing customer service and information about products
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience in retail sales or customer service, as well as the ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.

You'll also need to have a valid driver's license and be willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
