We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Central Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to establish and grow their career in the Retail Facilities sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Centre Manager to assist across all Operations & Facilities;">
  • Ensuring maintenance procedures and workplace meet all essential services and insurance requirements;">
  • Ensuring all areas of the Centre meet audit standards;">
  • Supervising, organising and liaising with contractors to ensure all work is carried out safely and effectively;">
  • Reporting on issues and incidents that you discover;">
  • Holding strong attention to detail;">
  • Having a strong drive to learn and grow;">
  • Establishing themselves in the retail property sector;">
  • Having high-level computer literacy on Microsoft Suite;">
  • Being an excellent communicator;">
  • Being self-motivated;">
  • Holding excellent organisational skills and resourcefulness;">
  • Holding high-quality and efficient documentation output;">
