Facilities Management Leader

**About the Role
The Cleaning Team Leader will operate as part of a support services team and assist the manager in the day-to-day management of all cleaning staff.
This will be performed in a manner that meets or exceeds industry best practice and maintains cleaning standards in accordance with health department guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in managing cleaning staff
- Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with health department guidelines
- Work closely with support services coordinators to ensure a committed, safe and socially responsible multi-skilled team
Requirements:
- A background of experience in cleaning within health and aged care facilities or equivalent
- Desirable: Experience in leading or managing a team within the cleaning industry
