Summer Pool Facility Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the operations of our seasonal pool facility in Whittlesea. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff supervision, budgeting, and risk management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar leisure or aquatic facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
