  • Certificate III in patisserie or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
  • Fantastic attitude to providing quality work and service is crucial.
  • Creative flair and great ideas are highly valued.
  • Exceptional production of large quantity food with a flair for presentation is expected.
  • Quality and portion control are key aspects of this role.
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends on rotation weekly roster is necessary.
  • Understanding of Food Safety industry requirements is mandatory.
  • Valid work right in Australia is required.
