Program Management Director Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational change initiatives across multiple streams of large, complex programs.

The Program Management Director will lead cross-functional teams to deliver process, people/culture, and technology changes within tight deadlines and budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders while developing new perspectives on organizational change management and leadership.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders. Additionally, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, and including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage organizational change initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process, people/culture, and technology changes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of dedicated experience in program management and change leadership.
  • Experience building and/or leading program management teams, practices, or centers of excellence.
  • Experience running complex programs with significant investment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, and including Microsoft Project.
