Seeking a skilled baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

The primary duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times

- Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread and pastry products

- Maintaining cleanliness of baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment

- A minimum of two years' work experience as a baker is required

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess excellent time management skills

- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential

- Proficiency in producing high-quality baked goods, including pastries, bread and cakes

- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and work health and safety standards is mandatory

- Availability to work weekend shifts and flexible hours is preferred

- A permanent resident or citizen of Australia is highly desirable
