We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our team at Scope Australia Group. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting adults with disabilities to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to adults with disabilities to identify their employment interests and develop individualized job plans.
  • Liaise with local businesses, employers, and industry organizations to job carve or refer suitable opportunities to our employees.
  • Develop and deliver training plans, and facilitate individual and group learning activities to support employees in developing the skills and knowledge needed to work safely and effectively.
  • Assess work requirements, abilities, and interests to ensure the best possible employment outcomes for our employees.
  • Implement and coordinate behavior management plans to support employees in the workplace.
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance with administrative processes to maximize our employees' participation in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, employment services, or relationship building, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Clear communication and administration skills, with the ability to write effective reports.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and a reliable vehicle to travel to Blacktown.
  • First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
