- Job Readiness: Support individuals to identify skills and become job ready.
- Quality Service Delivery: Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
- Employability Enhancement: Enhance employability through training and support service referrals.
- Personalized Job Plans: Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willing to complete a National Police Check.
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
