We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Employment Consultant to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management (APM). As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment Opportunities: Identify and secure employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities with local employers.
  • Job Readiness: Support individuals to identify skills and become job ready.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Employability Enhancement: Enhance employability through training and support service referrals.
  • Personalized Job Plans: Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
