**Job Overview:**
This is a senior supervisory role in the community social services sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a senior supervisory role and possess strong leadership skills, ability to work with marginalized populations, and effective communication skills.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
- Effectively coach, guide and manage staff, including conducting regular individual supervision meetings and overseeing skill development.
- Assist with daily operations, covering breaks and working as float as needed.
- Communicate and work productively with the Management Team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Play a leadership role in maintaining a supportive environment.

- Provide direct line support to family members when required.
- Resolve conflicts, address concerns, intervene in crisis situations, and ensure policies are being followed.

- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Diploma in a related social services field preferred.
- Certificate or equivalent in Trauma Informed Practices an asset.
