Job Title: Frontline Service Coordinator

The Frontline Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our community receives exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage and resolve complaints in a fair and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Advanced competence in using Microsoft Office Software.
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience/capability in delivering Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description).
  • Fundamental Level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description).
  • Previous experience in using Civica's Authority System (desirable).

Benefits:
  • Permanent Part Time: 21 hours/week, salary from $36,464 to $39,347/year (depending on qualifications, skills, and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Casual: hourly rate from $41.7400 to $45.0404 (inclusive of casual loading) (depending on qualifications, skills, and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.
