Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Frontline Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our community, you will be providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure effective business processes.

About the Role
  • Provide reliable administrative support to technical and professional staff
  • Handle and resolve customer service enquiries and complaints
  • Compile data, prepare and distribute reports
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of systems, registers and databases
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative tasks such as word processing, desktop publishing, and data input
  2. Customer service and relations management
  3. Data analysis and reporting
  4. Database management and maintenance
Requirements
  • Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in using Authority Systems (desirable)
