The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between the Customer Operations Business Team and IT or vendor partners to support initiatives to simplify and enhance the customer experience. This involves analyzing business operations to identify automation opportunities, eliciting, documenting, and managing complex business process flows and requirements, and facilitating alignment between business units and IT to ensure strategic solutions.
- Simplify and enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for automation.
- Elicit, document, and manage complex business process flows and requirements.
- Foster alignment between business units and IT to deliver strategic solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure, with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership and initiative are also essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Excel. A working knowledge of cable television operations and billing systems is highly desirable.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in business/systems analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
