Chief Business Systems Analyst

The primary function of this position is to serve as a liaison between business processes and technology solutions. This includes requirements gathering, scope refinement, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives.
\- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT designs.
- Assist developers with unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing with business partners.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
\- 3+ years of experience in IT solution implementation.
- 2+ years of SQL and data analysis experience.
- Proven track record of requirements gathering, scope refinement, and gap analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business processes into IT requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
