Customer Service Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week) in our Customer Service Team. As the first point of contact to customers, your passion for service excellence is essential.

About the Job

We are seeking an individual with impeccable telephone manner and good listening skills to welcome inbound calls from new and established customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to type accurately, and possess good IT skills. They must also be an admirable team player with excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated, and use their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome, with warmth, inbound calls from new and established customers, across multiple communication platforms
  2. Aim to build sincere and lasting professional relationships and strive for excellent rapport with customers
  3. Proactively and confidently handle high call volumes and orders
  4. Deal with invoice queries skilfully and efficiently
  5. Create, record and schedule orders/services, onto bespoke IT systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An impeccable telephone manner with good listening skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and ability to type accurately
  • An admirable team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to use own initiative
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages
