With a strong focus on patronage and customer experience we are looking provide the concierge team with a leader who will help drive our culture values.The concierge manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clubs three busy lobbies as well as providing support to senior management and the operations team.

**Some of the role responsibilities will include**:

- Lead lobby operations and set a high standard of customer service
- Lead and Support a Service focused team
- Engage, mentor, support and motivate staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures
- Conflict resolution
- Work collaboratively with all departments and Liaise with key stakeholders on relevant issues
- Assisting with Rosters
- Promote and monitor high standard of presentation and grooming

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years Management/leadership experience preferably in a similar industry or setting
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Valid NSW RSA & RCG
- Working with Children's check
- First Aid certificate
