Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team. This includes managing site-specific systems, ensuring contractor competency, capturing hours of work and collating reports, and organizing meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Manage site-specific systems and processes
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure they meet necessary requirements
  • Capture time worked by contractors and compile weekly reports
  • Coordinate, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in project coordination, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is an entry-level position that demands a high level of initiative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
