Job Role:

The Educational Leader has a pivotal role in enriching educational programs for children. They collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance these programs.

The ideal candidate will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the leadership team, they will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to improve educational programs
  • Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
