Car parking available on siteOngoing career development and support from an experienced leadership team24/7 access to a large online library of learning and developmentAbout The RoleAble to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentationCapable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of developmentKnowledge of many different early years theories with no "one size fit's all"Strong understanding of image of child and how to support educators with thisTeam-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practiceFlexible with routines and able to support multiple rooms requiring assistanceOversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environmentQualificationsCurrent ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualificationCurrent Working with Children's CheckCurrent Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain oneCurrent Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain oneThis is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many, and motivate and inspire fellow educators, children, and their families.
