National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business development and marketing strategy for our priority industry groups, focusing on profitable growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan in alignment with firm goals, collaborating with key partners and the broader team to unlock profitable growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to connect teams across the business and demonstrate leadership by driving priorities forward.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert insights on industry matters, including competitor landscape, client footprint, and market position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in business development or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a professional services environment, preferably in the energy and resources industry.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and client account management to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, nurturing relationships at all levels across the business.
