We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dedicated Care Assistant. The successful candidate will work in an aged care setting, providing support and companionship to residents.

About the Role

The primary function of this position is to deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as meals and drinks, personal care, and mobility.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist residents with their meals and drinks, following established guidelines.
  • Help residents maintain their independence by supporting them with daily tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents.

This is a part-time role working afternoons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and have a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.

We value team players who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and services. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is essential for this position.
