Job Title: Dedicated Care Partner

As a Dedicated Care Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and independence of older adults in their homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized care, assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment by performing light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Offer transportation support to appointments and assist with grocery shopping
  • Manage medication schedules and ensure timely administration
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with clients
  • Possess previous experience in aged or community care or be willing to start your career in this field
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum third-party property insurance)
  • Ideal Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification
  • Be adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of our clients
