We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Queensland, Australia.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to supporting the independence and dignity of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication management.
- Assist clients with shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, and social support.
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and care provided.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (provisional Licence accepted)
- Clean, reliable, and registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smart Phone
