We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at our Melrose Park centre. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the growth and development of our children.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our children and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Coaching and mentoring educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy
  • Observing, assessing, and reporting on children's progress and development
  • Contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of centre-wide initiatives and projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Working with Children Check (SA)

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including superannuation, leave entitlements, and professional development opportunities.
