Career Pathways Lead

The Career Pathways Lead plays a critical role in the project management of recruitment deliverables for the Career Pathway Program.
- Project management of the end-to-end recruitment components of the program.
- Proactive flagging of actions required, management of timelines, identification and mitigation of possible risks and engagement of stakeholders.
- Ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The Career Pathways Lead will work closely with the Learning & Education team, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to promote and support the success of the Program.
Requirements- Strong track record recruiting within large volume environments, working to tight deadlines and prioritizing deliverables.
- Experience developing and contributing towards effective targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Recruitment project management experience, including tracking of progress, management of timelines, prioritization of key actions, identification and mitigation of risks, and driving action.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, effective communication, and influencing through sharing of market knowledge and insights.
