
Full-Time Spare Parts Coordination Specialist

Spare Parts Coordinator Needed We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive or heavy machinery industry, with a strong understanding of diesel engines and mobile plant equipment.
- They will be responsible for interpreting parts catalogs, schematics, and manuals, as well as accurately processing sales orders, invoices, and quotes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Interpreting and Sourcing Spare Parts:
- Identify and source spare parts for mobile plant and heavy machinery, using manufacturer catalogs and online systems.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional technical advice and support.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels, liaising with suppliers to check stock availability and place orders.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice regarding parts and components.
- Ensure correct packaging and dispatch of parts orders.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter/Coordinator in the automotive, heavy machinery, or diesel industry.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines and mobile plant equipment.
- Ability to accurately interpret parts catalogs, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with parts inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
