Research Hub Manager - One Basin CRC

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Hub Manager to lead the support for integrated research teams at Charles Sturt University's One Basin Cooperative Research Centre (CRC). The successful candidate will have a strong background in research management, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide partner engagement leadership throughout the designated Hub region, fostering strong relationships with research organisations and government/industry partners.
  • Lead logistical and administrative support for researchers delivering One Basin CRC projects, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide operational management leadership to One Basin CRC students, interns, researchers, and staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to maximise participation outcomes for research organisations and government/industry partners.
  • Proficient organisational capabilities, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven experience in organising and delivering stakeholder workshops and events, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
