About Our ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow implementations. You will focus on third-party integrations, IAM, and RBAC across modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Engineering: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, develop workflows, forms, and UI policies, and manage platform upgrades following best practices.
  • Integration & Automation: Implement integrations with systems like SailPoint, Jira, SCCM, Azure, GCP using APIs and automate processes with Flow Designer and scripts.
  • IAM & RBAC Implementation: Manage IAM, develop RBAC policies, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Platform Administration & Support: Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work with analysts and project managers, participate in Agile practices, mentor juniors, and promote best practices.
  • Agile Delivery & Collaboration: Engage in sprint activities, refine user stories, and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS within ServiceNow.
  • Scripting expertise in Glide, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules.
  • Understanding of relational databases like MySQL for performance and reporting.

Benefits

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in ServiceNow, cloud computing, or security (e.g., CISSP) is beneficial.
