Bid Manager Role

We're on the hunt for a skilled professional to lead major bids, worth millions and spanning multiple services and partners. As a Bid Manager, you'll oversee virtual teams of up to 30 people across divisions, vendors, and geographies to deliver winning proposals.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission
  • Running bid kick-off meetings, setting schedules, allocating resources, and managing progress
  • Bringing together diverse teams—Sales, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Risk, and external vendors—to deliver cohesive proposals
  • Shaping commercial strategies with cost models, pricing, SLAs, and value propositions
  • Drafting, editing, and polishing bid documentation to ensure clarity, compellingness, and compliance
