- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
- Provide personalised support to clients, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to adapt strategies and maintain market leadership.
- Conduct research using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Statista, and IBISWorld to identify emerging opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Allocate resources effectively using project management tools to achieve strategic targets and enhance productivity.
- Direct the execution of targeted campaigns and promotional activities, generating increased engagement and reinforcing both brand image and loyalty.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau, providing insights for ongoing optimisation.
- Represent the organisation in high-level negotiations, collaborations, and industry events to strengthen market presence and corporate reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing management role, with a strong track record of achieving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, client advisory, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and industry analysis platforms (e.g., Statista, IBISWorld).
