Sales and Marketing Executive

As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maximizing performance.
- Liaise with senior management to align business strategies and direction.
- Work closely with the reservation team to manage room configurations and rate loading.
- Coordinate with events coordinators to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with hotel management to develop marketing campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality and oversee administrative tasks such as database input and communication.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure rate accuracy for managed accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
