Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to drive our sales and marketing initiatives forward. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to boost website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive business results
  • Leverage SEO best practices to optimize website content and enhance search engine rankings
  • Analyze website traffic and performance data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and grow our sales channels, including online marketplaces, social media, and wholesale partnerships
  • Evaluate customer data to pinpoint trends and opportunities for expansion
  • Nurture relationships with key partners and vendors to drive business success
  • Plan and execute engaging events and product launches
  • Oversee budget and resources for marketing and sales activities
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and adapt marketing and sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO principles
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales and customer acquisition through targeted marketing efforts
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
