Job Opportunity

A marketing graduate opportunity is available for a talented professional to contribute to the marketing function as a Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior marketing personnel with property and corporate marketing activities.
  • Ensure successful execution of on-market projects, including planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer relationship management software, analyse marketing campaigns, and produce detailed reports.
  • Coordinate suppliers and production of marketing materials for campaign launches.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales, marketing, and operations materials & collateral.
  • Organise and participate in industry events.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Draft communications for internal briefings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing team schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and diligent.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative flair - experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
