About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at JLL. As the first point of contact for centre management, you will be responsible for answering calls, attending to customers and contractors, and providing administrative support to the Accounts Administrator and Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, including processing invoices and payments
  • Perform general office management duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mail management
  • Maintain and update all shopping centre registers
  • Collect and collate monthly sales figures from tenants and enter them into the system
  • Prepare and issue monthly sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or property management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
