Job Description:

The Development Security Operations Lead will be accountable for delivering and maintaining secure and efficient digital platforms. This includes translating business requirements into digital capabilities with a focus on current trends and best practices in user engagement and backend implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Contribute to defining, delivering and maintaining sustainable solutions across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing and customer experience teams to define and create engaging user experiences.
  • Contribute to ongoing product iteration, including management of incidents, small changes, bug fixes and optimisations.
About the Role:

This role requires experience in digital delivery, security and operations, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and have excellent problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.

Strong vendor relationship and stakeholder management skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital delivery, security and operations.
