About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Civica. As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional software implementations for our valued clients in the Local Government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the way in delivering ERP projects from inception to flawless execution and release.
  • Deliver top-notch business consulting and technical services, offering personalized solutions for clients through expertise in product configuration and in-depth analysis of intricate data structures.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to our esteemed customers on the features of the Authority LG Enterprise Rates and Revenues modules.
  • Prepare engaging training materials and comprehensive Business Process Manuals.
  • Collaborate closely with our Local Government clients to gain deep insights into their unique business requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional skill in managing the entire lifecycle of ERP projects.
  • Deliver top-notch business consulting and technical services.
  • Experience in the Local Government, Rates & Revenue sector is highly sought-after.
  • Possess a wealth of experience in consulting, business analysis, or service-oriented roles.
