What You'll DoAs a member of our consulting team, you'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking individuals with a strong academic background, currently studying an MBA at Cambridge Judge or Oxford Saïd Business School with strong academic performance.
Professional experience is also essential, with a proven track record of achievement and high performance in the roles you've held. You should be able to think analytically and creatively, with excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
Able to adopt out-of-the-box thinking and package complex topics and ideas, you should also possess excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
We're looking for flexible, curious, and creative individuals who are open to new things and can propose innovative ideas. Self-driven, independent, and autonomous judgment are also essential, as well as being a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
