Job Description

As a Property Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating property development activities across multiple regions in Australia. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date records in the company's CRM software, serving as a central point of contact for the property development team, and assisting in identifying and implementing workflow and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of property development activities, including site acquisitions, leases, contracts, and approvals.
  • Coordinate between departments and regions to ensure clear communication and timely project updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline property development processes.
  • Manage critical property documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on project statuses, deadlines, and key metrics.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on property development goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support for property acquisition, leasing, and development projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in property development, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and departments.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing process improvements.
