Are you an individual with strong leadership potential, seeking a challenging and rewarding role in retail? We are currently looking for an Associate Store Leader to join our team.
Job Description:
- Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient trading.
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving and merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across all store areas.
- Monitor sales, assist in achieving performance targets, and implement promotional activities.
- Act as the acting Store Manager during their absence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail and customer service advantageous.
- Self-motivated and able to learn independently.
