Take your retail leadership skills to the next level as a Store Manager at a leading liquor retailer. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping memorable customer experiences and connecting with your community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming store environment. You will team up with the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic and build an awesome team.
- You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments and want to learn about our products and grow with us.
- You're social, enjoy chatting with people, and are all about delivering an awesome customer experience.
- You're great at admin tasks like payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.
- Hitting store goals and boosting sales excites you.
- You have an RSA certification, or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory and maintaining a high standard of product presentation
- Leading a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and targets
