We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to lead our store team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to take on a leadership position and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front, driving store performance, coaching your team, and creating a positive, customer-first culture.
Main Responsibilities:- Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
- Drive results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
- Report directly to the Regional Manager
- Lead stocktake processes and team development
- Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff)
- Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
- Solid computer and system skills
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Full Australian working rights
