Branch Leadership Opportunity

A high-performing branch leader is required to oversee daily operations across the showroom, warehouse, logistics, and admin. This includes coordinating staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximise workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations, retail, or branch management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. They will be able to manage, train, and hold a team accountable for achieving operational goals.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual who can solve problems and improve processes with ease. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-focused, and confident working with systems and reports.

This role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment. The candidate should also be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, team members, suppliers, and head office.
