Clinical Pharmacy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team and provide progressive, patient-centred pharmacy services.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the broader pharmacy team to provide leadership and oversight across patient care. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and contribution to service innovation within a highly specialised clinical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day delivery and coordination of clinical pharmacy services.
- Work in collaboration with the Lead and Senior Pharmacists to provide leadership and oversight across patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of patients and the organisation.
- Registered pharmacist in Australia.
- Relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or leadership and management highly desirable.
- Extensive hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical pharmacist position, with a demonstrated understanding of contemporary practice in hospital pharmacy services.
