Senior Clinical Leader

As a seasoned clinical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward. Your primary goal will be to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of excellence within the team by fostering open communication, collaboration, and a shared vision.
- Lead by example and demonstrate expertise in evidence-based nursing practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Mentor and guide your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- No less than 5 years' experience working in inpatient mental health settings.
- Thorough understanding of NSQHS/ACHS standards.
- Familiarity with HoNOS and its application in practice.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
