Cssd Team Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterilization Services Professional to lead our Cssd team. As a leader in this role, you'll be responsible for steering the team towards delivering exceptional service quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Cssd team with expertise
  • Ensuring hospital-wide sterilization services meet the highest standards
  • Cleaning, washing, packing, wrapping and sterilising reusable instruments, equipment and consumables
  • Performing, interpreting, documenting and overseeing mechanical, chemical and biological quality assurance tests on instrument washers and sterilisers
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Sterilisation, sound knowledge of AS/NZ 4187 2014, and demonstrated knowledge of instrumentation. Experience with tracking systems and endoscopy reprocessing is also desirable.
