Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes to meet customer expectations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, temperature recording, and allergy recording in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items to meet customer preferences.
  • Provide superior customer service, utilizing point of sale systems and responding to feedback professionally.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, temperature control, and food safety protocols within the kitchen.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, unsupervised, and to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate ability to use initiative to assist others and complete additional tasks as required.
  • Prior experience in a comparable culinary environment is essential.
  • Exhibit talent and drive to work effectively under pressure, unsupervised, and to tight deadlines.
  • Showcase comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
  • Demonstrate passion for understanding Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP regulations.
