**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced pastry chef to join our team in a casual role. As a pastry chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong work ethic. They will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. The successful applicant will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to follow health and safety procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
  • Passtry sheeting experience ideal
  • Essential skills include preparation and weighing of ingredients, mixing, making and sheeting pastry
  • Operating bakery equipment including oven work and baking
  • High volume production and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times
