Front Desk Assistant

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will have thorough knowledge about our facilities, programs, and promotions, and lead the front desk team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experience through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Assist with sales, membership processes, and other tasks as required
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Use software to manage tasks and schedules
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with software applications
- A passion for delivering quality customer service and helping people achieve their fitness goals

Working Hours:
Rotating roster including afternoon shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, some weekends included. Minimum 21 hours per week guaranteed.
