Dental Front Desk Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Front Desk Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient management, including greeting and welcoming patients in a professional manner.
  • Receiving phone calls, managing general enquiries from patients and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Managing patient appointments, recalls and confirmations/reminders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Processing patient accounts / invoicing including handling payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a front desk assistant in a dental or healthcare environment.
  • A high level of proficiency in electronic patient software systems is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively manage patient interactions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure accurate data entry and processing.
  • The successful candidate will be well presented and have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
